Caffè Negro Coffee Roasting Company guest at Food&Wine In Progress
Caffè Negro was the star of Food & Wine in Progress, the food and wine exhibition showcasing Tuscan excellence held at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence last January. The Limite-based roaster was the only coffee roaster in the industry present at the latest edition of the Florentine fair. It earned an exclusive invitation thanks to its long history—70 years this year—and the quality of its product.
Promoted by The Italian Sommelier Association of Tuscany (AIS), the Regional Union of Tuscan Chefs, Confcommercio, Coldiretti, and the Florence Chamber of Commerce, under the patronage of the Tuscany Region, attracted numerous visitors, both experts and the curious. Many of those who attended They stopped by the Limite-based roaster's stand to taste the various blends. The large audience also received compliments from the sommeliers and chefs present.
Caffè Negro blends are made from the finest coffees from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Brazil, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and, of course, Ethiopia, where the coffee originates. The beans are roasted individually, applying traditional methods, using state-of-the-art machinery in our new laboratory.
Take a break and treat yourself to an excellent cup of Caffè Negro, which embodies history, passion, and love for the region.
