Caffè Negro's Coffee Cream Recipe
The secret of a delicious coffee cream
Coffee is much more than a beverage. It can be transformed into an ingredient that enhances many sweet and savory dishes. But one recipe that truly lets coffee unleash its culinary potential is coffee cream: a dessert to serve at the end of a meal, a treat for everyone, but also a tasty treat for a break. Coffee cream is also perfect as a filling for brioche or paired with biscuits. Coffee cream is made with just three ingredients: cream, sugar, and coffee. For those who prefer a bitter coffee, the ingredients are even reduced to two!

Find out how to prepare it in a few simple steps. The quantities indicated make 8 servings.
Ingredients :
- Moka pot coffee (you can find it HERE) , let it cool well: 70 grams
- Sugar: 40 grams
- Fresh liquid cream (cold from the fridge): 300 grams
1) First, prepare the coffee using a moka pot. You'll need 70 grams. Then, add the sugar and stir well. Let the coffee cool to room temperature for a few minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours, pour the fresh liquid cream into a chilled bowl.
2) Start whipping with an electric mixer and as soon as it is semi-whipped (that is, as soon as it begins to have a creamier consistency), add the previously sweetened coffee, well chilled from the fridge, pouring it slowly onto the cream while continuing to beat the electric mixer.

3) Continue beating the mixture until it's completely whipped. Then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving the coffee cream.
TIP: For the finishing touch, sprinkle the coffee cream with cinnamon powder or bitter cocoa!
