What if coffee could become a cocktail? Torrefazione Caffè Negro recommends the Espresso Martini, a cold drink made with vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup, and espresso, ideal as an after-dinner drink.
The bitter taste of the coffee and the liqueur, sweetened with sugar syrup, give the cocktail a zing . The vodka, on the other hand, gives the drink more consistency .
Obviously this is not a real Martini: the name comes from the glass in which it is served.
Preparation
1 - Ice the Martini glass with ice cubes and prepare the espresso.
2 - Place 4 ice cubes, the vodka, the coffee liqueur, the sugar syrup and the cup of coffee in the shaker and shake vigorously for a minute.
3 - Remove the ice from the glass and pour the cocktail through a strainer.
4 - Serve with a few coffee beans.

Advice
The Espresso Martini is an ideal cocktail both for winter, to "warm up", but also in summer, served with ice flakes .
